Our Mission
The Crushing-IT Cooperative brings together MSP professionals to collaboratively develop tools, share knowledge, and reduce operational overhead through collective contribution and resource pooling.
We believe that cooperation is stronger than competition. By working together, we can build better solutions, reduce costs, and create value for all members.
🤝 Cooperation Over Competition
We rise together by sharing resources and knowledge.
📊 Transparency
Open books, clear rules, and honest communication.
⚖️ Fairness
Equal voice in governance, proportional rewards for contributions.
✨ Quality
Excellence in everything we build and share.
🌟 Community
Supporting each other's success and growth.
🔓 Member Ownership
True cooperative ownership and democratic control.
How We Operate
Democratic Governance
The cooperative is governed by a democratically elected Board of Governors. Every Active Member has one vote on major decisions, ensuring that the cooperative serves the interests of all members.
Monthly Financial Cycle
Members pay monthly dues that go into a collective bucket. At month's end, this bucket is redistributed to members based on their documented contributions, approved by the Board.
Contribution-Based Rewards
We use a transparent scoring system to value different types of contributions - from development work to documentation, mentoring, and administrative support.
Member-Only Resources
All work products are exclusively licensed to Active Members. Access is immediately revoked if membership becomes inactive, protecting the collective investment.
